Refund & Cancellation

Since our goods are digital, refunds are limited.

• All sales are final once delivered.
• Refunds apply only if:
  • You paid but didn’t receive the file.
  • You received a corrupted file and we can’t replace it.
• No refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days to support@redtech.guru.
